Diane Kocisko is an assistant professor of nursing at 糖心传媒. She also serves as the director of clinical education for BW's nursing program. Her areas of expertise include pediatrics, leadership, nursing professional development and process improvement.

Prior to BW, Kocisko served as a director of nursing education and professional practice. In this role she had oversight of annual education and competency for a healthcare system. Kocisko also previously served as a quality specialist evaluating evidence-based practice and implementing organization-wide change projects to improve patient outcomes and maintain accreditation.

She previously held a position in nursing professional development with a focus on improving the competency of new graduate nurses. Her bedside nursing career was spent caring for children in the pediatric intensive care unit and in general pediatrics. She has co-authored a pediatric nursing textbook which received a 2019 Book of the Year Award from the American Journal of Nursing.
